The new generation Hyundai i20 has been caught testing again, and this time, the spy shots show much more than before. The latest pictures give us a clear look at both the outside and the inside of the car, making fans very excited.
Interior Details of the New Generation Hyundai i20
The inside of the new-generation Hyundai i20 looks fresh and modern. The front seats come with leatherette covers and have a small “i20” design stitched into them, which looks stylish. The centre console has an armrest and two cup holders for easy use. Earlier spy shots had already shown a curved screen setup for the infotainment system and a digital instrument cluster. The steering wheel looks like the one used in the recently launched Hyundai Venue.

How Will It Look on the Outside?
The new generation Hyundai i20 will have a different design compared to Hyundai’s newer SUVs like the Creta and Venue. Instead of split headlamps, it is expected to keep a single headlamp cluster, giving it its own unique look. The test car also appears to sit on bigger alloy wheels, though the final Indian model may have a slightly different wheel size.
Connected tail lamps are also partially visible under the camouflage wrap. Black cladding around the wheel arches and black inserts in the side mirrors have also been spotted on the test car.
Engine and Powertrain
The new generation Hyundai i20 is expected to carry forward the familiar 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine. This engine will be available with both manual and automatic gearbox options. The sportier N Line version of the new generation Hyundai i20 is likely to keep the 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine to itself.
